SPAZIOLINGUA is a new school for foreigners that teaches Italian language and culture located in the historic centre of Milan that was conceived by a team of dedicated linguistic professionals. Our goal is to enhance learning with a human connection and to work in a calm and welcoming environment that encourages the ' pleasure ' of learning. Il Centro was founded in 1986 and remains one of the oldest and best-respected schools of Italian specifically for foreigners in Milan. Classes are held in our 18th centruy school (complete with frescos and original wooden beams) in Via Brera, right in the heart of the Brera art district with restaurants, pubs, galleries and shops just a few metres away. Both individual and group courses are offered, in everything from standard Italian, to business Italian, to courses of Italian culture. Rather than conventional heavily-structured courses, we offer learning pathways with a humanistic/communicative approach that put the student in control of his/her education. Our teachers - all highly qualified native Italian speakers - guide each student along their individual path, and teach Italian through the use of exercises, games, roleplays and extra-curricular cultural activities in small classes (maximum 10 students).
